Callington Certificated Locations

The ancient market town of Callington is situated in south-east Cornwall close to the Devon border and is nestled at the foot of Kit Hill.

It's a great place to go walking as not only is there some fantastic countryside to explore, but there's also a town trail guided by murals painted on the walls of buildings to tell Callington's story.

You'll be able to check out St Mary's Church with its Celtic cross, the shopping area along Fore Street, the old jail and much more.

It's well worth climbing Kit Hill for scenic views across the moors and the chance to wander through some lovely tree tunnels - but you'll be ready for a drink at one of the cafes afterwards.

Callington hosts a carnival each July and the annual Honey Fair in October, when there's a fun fair as well as the chance to buy honey-based products.
