Why stay here ...

For a site close to London we are amazingly quiet and rural. Our sheep graze the nearby field and free range poultry are usually visible. Airport noise is unobtrusive.

Access to the tube is from Uxbridge or Iver station, 10 minutes away and there are plenty of walks as well as the open spaces of Burnham Beeches and Windsor Great Park. Other attractions are Windsor, Eton, Cliveden NT, Thorpe Park, Legoland and the Roald Dahl Museum and Warner Brothers Harry Potter Experience.

Farm shop open in season and seasonal pick your own fruit.

Please note: This CL does not offer electric car charging.

Tranquil and convenient site

Wanted to echo some others reviews regarding Home Cottage Farm where we stayed a couple of weeks ago as an overnight stopover from the east to the southwest. Booking the site was nice and easy and we were warmly greeted by the owner who took our fee and directed us... Show more

Great CL

We spent 6 nights here over Easter with our 3 children (age 12, 10 and 8). This site is brilliantly located very near the west side of the M25, M40 and M4 yet it feels a million miles away from London, so peaceful and lots to watch - red kites,... Show more

Tranquility overload

Turned up today having booked it a couple of days before. Lovely site, had it all to ourselves. Grass pitch, no electricity, black wast disposal available It’s amongst a fruit farm. Owners and family very friendly. So so peaceful we loved it! Nice G&T and beer in lovely sunshine. Great place... Show more

Just lovely…

This site was an unexpected gem. Considering it’s location to major motorways and Heathrow Airport it was unbelievably quiet and peaceful. The facilities are basic but everything you need is there (no hook up). The pub (very friendly) shops, bus stop and, I believe from the owner, Pinewood Studios are... Show more

A beautiful & friendly place

We absolutely loved this place, so much so that we stayed an extra night to our booked 6 nights. We found the owners very friendly and helpful. Access to the site looks tricky but the owners will advise the way to approach it and we had no trouble. The owners... Show more

Not safe for children and dogs

The booking was simple and easy and done over the phone, the landlady just got my membership number. Arriving on the site, the signage does not really show you the proper direction as there are other signs for the fruit picking business. Use of pictograms could help. The site it self is... Great little place

Our first ever outing in the van, en-route to Suffolk. Pleasantly surprised. Only one tent at far end of field (we went in early September). Warm & friendly greeting by the owner, and a welcome journey break having travelled up from home near Exeter.
