Buckingham Certificated Locations

Once the county town of Buckinghamshire, Buckingham is a small but vibrant market town perfect for a peaceful getaway in the English countryside.

The town is a picturesque location, with a river called the Great Ouse that winds its way through the centre, as well as a number of beautiful Georgian buildings and the 18th-century Old Gaol.

Local markets are held on Tuesdays and Saturdays. There's also a busy schedule of events throughout the year, including the Fringe Week, the Summer Festival and the Charter Fair weekends.

For walkers, Buckingham offers an extensive network of footpaths, some of which connect to long-distance trails such as the Bernwood Jubilee Way, the North Bucks Way and the South Bucks Way.
