The caravan has recently undergone a considerable renovation; we will actually be selling at less than our total spend. Work completed includes: - Completely new window rubbers all round. - Resealed all awning rails, panel joins, and skylights. - Brand new tyres. - New leisure battery. - Brand new modernised LED lights throughout; both ceiling and under cupboard strip lights. We were careful to ensure that these were not cold white LEDs so the space still feels warm and cosy. - Bespoke handmade removable seat covers. These are full upholstery covers that cover the entirety of the cushion, rather than just the top. The cushions have been steam cleaned. - Brand new flexible gas line. - Brand new jockey wheel. - Brand new breakaway cable. - Brand new hitch gator. - The whole interior front panel has been replaced. - New insulation to front section. - Bespoke switchboard with battery level monitor. - Waterproof wallpaper to toilet/shower. - Brand new carpet. - All cupboards have brand new brass hinges, handles, and clasps. - A USB socket has been fitted. The caravan is completely dry with no damp. The length that we have gone to in resealing this van will ensure it lasts for a further 30 years. You will not find another caravan this age with this specification. There is a rear kitchen area with four-ring hob, grill, oven, sink, and fridge/freezer. The three way fridge works on 240v, gas, and 12v (when towing to maintain temperature). The previous owner removed the gas fire, but there are several 240v sockets in the van to run a fan heater off. Propane bottle not included. No expense has been spared during this renovation as we had every intention of keeping this caravan long-term. Unfortunately, we just haven't found the time to use it as much as we anticipated, due to other commitments. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to sell it on to somebody that will use it properly.
