The Canterbury has two bedrooms one king size bed and the other is a twin bedroom. The Canterbury has a patio door from the lounge to balcony. Has only had one owner and is in excellent condition. This is a static holiday home sited on Six Acres Caravan Park in North Norfolk two miles from the seaside town of CROMER . We are part of the BH& HPA Association . We are open from March 4th to November 30th each year. We are a smaller park of around 60 static holiday homes where the caravans are well spaced and the park is known for being quiet we have no shop or clubhouse. We have Roughton park next to the caravan park excellent area for walking and exercising your pets. We have a laundry room on site with washing machine and tumble dryer. Costs per year for your static holiday home are rent, gas bottles as you use them, electric taken how many units you have used and insurance for your holiday home .
