Our caravan is sited on 5 * caravan park Ocean Heights Newquay West Wales it is set on wonderful park with only just over 100 caravans and lodges. We have looked after it very well and it in excellent condition. The park has a lovely clubhouse and park with football pitch and amusement arcade. It has 3 bedrooms 1 en suite and it comes with entire contents 40 inch tv, airfryer, microwave, fridge freezer all outdoor furniture and dishes. All bedding is new also so no need to buy anything. We are selling as it is not being used by us due to commitments. The site fees are £4800 and due end of January.
