my family and i are now looking to sell our 8 berth caravan that we have owned for 3 years and bought from a friend. We have looked to keep it in good condition. we have rented it out for a few months each year. caravan has oven, fridge, freezer, hob, built in heater, veranda, working water and sewage. From last year we have had a new boiler and this year, in 2024, we have had brand new slabbing go under our caravan and veranda. Our static caravan is located on The Grange, in Ingoldmells. We have a car park right beside our caravan. It is a 10 min walk to fantasy island which has always been a good selling point for people interested in keeping it onsite to rent or stay in yourselves. The caravan would be ready to start renting straight away. But if keeping on site bare in mind change of ownership fees of £3000 and ground rent for next year of £3950. please let me know any other questions you may have. Thank you.
