It has a private parking space alongside the caravan & an enclosed decking to sit out and take in the sun & views. The caravan has been used by family but also rented out for seasonal holiday makers successfully. The site season runs for owners from March until - January. Holiday rentals from Easter - 31st October. Only selling due to ill health and unable to keep up with holiday rental changeovers.
