This 2024 Ambleside Premier caravan is in as new condition - immaculate - as it has hardly been used. It includes wraparound decking which faces west as does the caravan giving it sunset views in the evenings and lots of sunshine all day long on the decking. It has sliding doors onto the decking and is situated at the lovely Haven Hopton site right on the coast with its own sandy beach and lots of wonderful facililties. The caravan is spacious with a fantastic open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge with separate sofas and a sofa bed in the lounge. It has a dishwasher and washing machine which have not been used. It has a separate hall with handy coat and shoe storage and two spacious bedrooms, the master having its own ensuite bathroom. It has two shower rooms in total which is a really useful feature and it also has three foot beds in the second bedroom which is also very spacious. We are selling as we have decided to sell our house and move to the area as we love it so much here. You have the Norfolk broads and the coast on your doorstep and both Norfolk and Suffolk to explore. The park has many facilities too so that there is always something to do. The caravan is sited on Woburn overlooking the golf course so is in a really special location which is quiet but not too far from the facilities of the park. As this is a Haven site, they are open from March to October and then for owners only at weekends in November and December and 10 days over the Christmas/New Year period. The caravan is fully insulated, double glazed and central heated so visiting in the winter is not a problem. Haven charge site fees and there is also insurance to be paid for.
