HIGH-SPEC 2007 ROMAHOME R20 DUO HYLO Time to sell my first love / first van after four fabulous years and move onto something new. This high-spec 2007 Romahome is ideal for one person or sleeps two comfortably on a full-size double bed. HABITATION Leisure battery powers two ceiling lights, two wall-mounted spotlights, two USB points. Electric hook-up (EHU) powers fridge and mains socket, charges leisure battery. LPG bottle (4½ litres) powers fridge, grill and double hob. Three-way fridge powered by EHU, gas or engine battery (when driving). “Hylo” roof hinges at front and lifts 30cm, allowing standing room at the back (even if you’re 6’+ tall!). Rear door with window & blind. Two large side windows that open fully or ajar, with double blinds (one screen mesh, one light-excluding). Thick curtain separating habitation from cab. Excellent insulation and heat retention in cooler weather. Diesel heater. Flexible configuration of sleeping and seating: • Double bench seating, down each side • Bench seating one side, Pullman seating (front & back facing) on the other side, with seatbelts for two passengers plus fold-down table • Single bed plus Pullman seating and fold-down table • 147cm-wide bed (larger than double) incorporating the chairs; fold-down table forms part of the base. The only non-functional part of the original specification is the hot water; the boiler has been by-passed so that the cold water still works correctly.
