Bradcot Residencia Awning in Hampshire

Bradcot Residencia Awning and Tall Annexe. 960cm. 960 cm. Fit's out bailey 510. Lightweight aluminium frame, fast to erect. Well used but in clean and tidy functional condition. Spare steel frame also included. Annex part has steel frame. 3/4 inch nick in the roof, repaired with Stormseal and patch. Watertight but discoloured so could be re-done. Hand sewn repairs of about 24 inches of seam but a really good quality awning ideal for families. Full set of curtains and a used breathable groundsheet to fit main awning included. Plenty of rubber ladders for pegging but just a bag of about 20 used basic steel pegs. More pegs required for a full pitch. Photos include the roof nick and a re-sewn length of seam.
