All you have to do is click the link below, which will take you to a website called Lyssna. Here, you’ll be given a chance to try out our new ‘journeys’ and let us know what you think. It will only take around 3-5 minutes and it will be a huge help in ensuring the Caravan and Motorhome Club’s website gives members the best possible experience.

How you can get involved

Over the coming months we’ll be asking for your feedback via our Club Together fourm. Providing feedback is quick, easy and simple and should only take you a few minutes. Sometimes we might ask you to compare some new ideas, and sometimes we might ask you to test how something works. You can choose the level of involvement that suits you, from responding to quick on-site prompts to testing out new features before they go live. And to thank you, we’ll be offering small rewards - such as exclusive early access to new features and periodic perks, like free overnight campsite stays, for our most active participants.
