Scotland
Watch as around 25,000 barnacle geese arrive from Spitsbergen each year, you’re also likely to spot Icelandic whooper swans and pink-footed greylag geese. Scotland’s coast is also home to 40% of the world’s population of grey seals.
Hertfordshire
You’ll be surrounded by nature here - the site itself backs onto charming woodlands. You’ll hear the Cetti’s warblers sing at Rye Meads Park and hopefully spot the blue flash of a kingfisher along nearby River Lee.
Kent
Check out RSPB Dungeness for waterbirds and the grebe. Explore the nearby Port Lympne Wild Animal Park to see all manner of exotic wildlife.
London
It may be in London, but you’ll be surprised at the wildlife on offer. The trees are home to a variety of birds, squirrels and insects.
