Northumberland
Although it is most famous for its salmon fishing, the River Tweed and its tributaries host good sea trout in summer and autumn. Wild trout and winter grayling are other angling options.
Warwickshire
This 700-acre reservoir is one of the UK's finest trout fisheries. Draycote Water is regularly stocked with both rainbow and brown trout.
Rutland
Rutland Water is well known in fishing circles for rainbow trout. Although brown trout, pike and zander can also be caught here.
Scottish Highlands
The River Spey runs through some of Scotland's finest scenery. The river descends some 1,000ft from its source at Loch Spey to Spey Bay, making for some exciting fly fishing.
Cambridgeshire
Fields End Water Caravan Park and Fishery is open all year. The site caters for enthusiastic anglers of all levels, with two well stocked fishing lakes.
