Important information: We’ve changed our Caravan Cover claims administration provider to Crawford and Company

We’re always looking to improve the service we offer our members. That’s why we have recently taken the decision to move our Caravan Cover claims handling provision to Crawford and Company with effect from 1 July 2024.

Crawford is one of the world’s leading outsourced claims administrators, with operations in over 70 countries.

As a member of the Club, you will still enjoy all of the existing features of our claims service, but the move to Crawford will also allow you to get:

• Help and support on-demand – Crawford core opening hours are 9 am-5 pm, however they are available 24/7/365 should you need support outside these hours.
• Improved member journey – you will now be able to register your claim over the phone, which will ensure we understand your needs from the outset.
• Quicker claim settlement times – Crawford accepts and offers BACS payments, allowing us to process your claims even quicker.
