How was your first ClubFest?
We had a fantastic time thank you! Our favourite experiences were Scouting For Girls performance on the Saturday, Green Flag/MAYDAY’s driving competition and the paddle boarding.

What was your stall at ClubFest?
We promoted our bicycle giveaway competition (you can still enter here!) We had a lot of interest, from those really into their cycling to those who had questions about e-bikes. We found out Club sites now officially allow e-bikes on their sites too!
Where did you stay?
We brought our campervan which was a lovely experience. We were really close to the smart bathroom and shower facilities provided too, and had some lovely temporary neighbours!
What was your favourite conversation on the day?
We spoke to someone who had stopped with their caravan who nearly had their bikes stolen, from their bike rack, using an angle grinder! Fortunately, the would-be thieves ran off when they came out of the hotel, but we had a good chat about Diamond-rated Sold Secure locks, some of which claim high levels of angle grinder resistance.
We sadly saw some people locking their bikes with inadequate cable-style locks, not through the frame and to objects that can be removed! Not only would they be easily stolen, it's unlikely they would be covered by any insurance products.

It was lovely to speak to some of our customers who were riding around at the festival on their bikes. We also spoke to a gentleman who had 16 bikes - hopefully he will take out a policy with us!
