Great news - the first phase of the redevelopment to improve our hugely popular Abbey Wood Campsite starts in January 2025 with the site remaining open throughout the works. This first phase will include the closure of one of the three facilities blocks for refurbishment and the play area. Phase two improvements are scheduled for autumn 2025. We are now accepting bookings for stays up to 24 June 2025 at Baltic Wharf Club Campsite. Please note that there is a slight risk our lease may be terminated early by the landlord. If you are booked to stay in late June and we need to cancel your booking, any payment you have made will be fully refunded. Our nearest alternative campsites are Cheddar Club Campsite and Bath Chew Valley Affiliated Club Campsite.

Battle Normanhurst Court club Campsite
Please be aware of roadworks on the A271 from Tuesday 27 May until Friday 30 May which will affect members arriving from the west. Please follow these alternative directions: Take the A269 to Ninfield, Kings Arms, then the B2204 through Catsfield to turn left onto the A271. The Site will be signposted on the left just before the start of the road closures. Travelling from the east the A271 is open as usual.
Black Knowl Club Campsite
Due to essential road repairs, a section of Brockley Road in Brockenhurst Village will be closed from 22 April for approximately 8 weeks. Please ensure you follow the directions as detailed on the 'Map' tab on the campsites webpage or in the Sites Directory to navigate through the village.
The annual New Forest and Hampshire County Show will be taking place on the 29, 30 and 31 July. For tickets and show information please click Here. This event will increase traffic volumes on route and along Aldridge Hill (the access road to the campsite) which is narrow with limited passing places. To avoid peak traffic periods of oncoming vehicles, please avoid arriving between 4-6 pm, and for departures we suggest leaving site between 10am - 12 noon.

Borrowdale Club Campsite
The B5289 road will be closed between 6pm and 11pm from 22 April until 16 May. Access to and from the site will be allowed whilst the works are taking place. Please allow more time for your journey.
The access road from Grange to Portinscale (Manesty) will be closed from 28 April until 21 May. The road will be open for access to and from the site however there may be a delay whilst machinery is moved out of the way to allow access.

Brecon Beacons Club Campsite
There is currently no heating in the Toilet Block due to an issue with the boiler. We are waiting for a part and unfortunately don't have a timescale for this repair.

Burford Club Campsite
A 2-day road closure for road repairs along the A361 between Burford Town and Burford Club campsite (between the dates of 26 May and 1 June, weather permitting) has been advised. A diversion will be in place but may involve small B roads. If you wish to avoid roads smaller than A-roads, please follow these directions if travelling from the North. This is a long diversion but maintains your journey on A-roads:
- Follow the A40 towards Cheltenham. At A40/A429 roundabout by Hampnett, take the A429 towards Cirencester.
- At Burford Road Junction, take the 1st exit onto the A417/A419 slip road to M4/Swindon/A419
- Merge onto A417/A419
- Continue straight onto Blunsdon Bypass/A419
- Take the exit towards South Marston/Crematorium/Garden Centre/Honda
- Follow signs for A361 to Highworth
- Then follow the Club's recommended route to Burford from the South on the site's webpage and in the Sites Directory.

Chatsworth Park Club Campsite
From 1 July 2024, Super Pitches at this site were converted to Service Pitches. Therefore, black waste will have to be emptied at a CCEP. A refund will be processed on your arrival for the duration of your stay, to reflect these changes, if required.
Following the installation of the upgraded Wi-Fi at our Chatsworth Park Club Campsite, there have been some technical issues which is affecting the quality of the on-site Wi-Fi. The provider continues to work on this and we hope to have it resolved soon. In the meantime, access to Wi-Fi may be limited.

The annual Wychwood Festival is being held at Cheltenham Racecourse on 30 May - 1 June. Fairlight Wood Club Campsite
Junction Road is permanently closed please use an alternative route, from the North on the A21 head towards Battle A2100 via the Johns Cross roundabout, follow this until you reach The Ridge Way and merges onto the B2093, directions after that are the same as on the website.
Ferry Meadows Club Campsite
There is no access to this site before 1pm and waiting at the entrance is not possible as this blocks access. Please arrive after 1pm.
Whilst the site is less busy, the East Side of the site will be out of use. We expect to open this part of the site by Easter, weather permitting. The playground will be accessible but will have pedestrian access only.

The site has an intermittent electricity supply fault and there may be short outages especially during exceptionally cold weather. The site has taken delivery of a generator to help with the flow of electricity when demand is high, this may cause some noise disturbance during its occasional use.
The late night arrival area is grass with no electricity and only available in an emergency. Please call the site before using as this is not available in heavy rain, icy or snowy conditions.
Great Yarmouth Racecourse Club Campsite
This site will no longer be able to accept arrivals on race days, as stipulated by the Racecourse, to ensure the safety and care of the animals. Departures on race days will be permitted before 11am only.

The annual Wilkswood Reggae Festival is being held in the village of Langton Matravers on 24-27 July, approximately 1.5 miles from Site. Due to the Cragg Challenge taking place on 22 June the B6138 Cragg Road (directly outside site) will be closed in both directions for vehicular access from 7.30am until 12.30pm. Littlehampton Club Campsite
Southern Gas will be carrying out major gas works resulting in the nearby level crossing being closed for the duration of works, expected to be for six weeks, starting on Saturday 17 May. Please follow the sign posted three mile diversion to get you to the site.
Longleat Club Campsite
Longleat Safari Park is holding its Festival of Light event from 8 November to 11 January (Longleat Campsite closes on 4 January). During quieter occupancy periods, and in order to be as efficient as possible from a financial and sustainability perspective, please be advised that the facility block located at the Northern end of the site may not be in use. For safety reasons the bus stop directly outside the site has been removed by the local council. The nearest bus stop is now outside Looe Bay, a 2 minutes walk away.
Swimming Pool: Open from 24 May to 15 Sep (weather dependent). A lifeguard will be on duty when the pool is in operation. The nearest petrol station to the site is 'Gulf Lix Toll Fuel Express' but has no petrol or diesel available until further notice. Alternative fuel stations are located in Callander (23 miles from site), Aberfeldy (22 miles from site) and Tyndrum (19 miles from site).
Due to the close proximity of the river there is a possibility that the site may flood during periods of heavy and persistent rain. This could result in the site being evacuated and closed at short notice. For the most up to date information on site status in prolonged wet weather, please call the site team on 01567 820245.

Tewkesbury Abbey Club Campsite
The annual Tewkesbury Medieval Festival is on 12-13 July and is the largest free medieval re-enactment and fayre in Europe. During this event, please be aware of traffic and pedestrian volumes which will be higher than normal. Please take care on your journey and follow the directions on the 'Map' tab on our campsites webpage.
Please note: this Club campsite is situated near the River Severn and the River Swilgate tributary. Following periods of prolonged and heavy rainfall, river levels may rise causing the tributary to occasionally breach. The access road to site can then become inaccessible and the site might be affected by flooding during these events. To check river levels please see River Severn at Mythe Bridge and for the most up to date information on site status in wet weather, please call the site team on 01684 294035.
The Firs Club Campsite
Between 8 - 13 May Broadholme Lane, the main route to the site, will be closed in both directions due to roadworks. Please see alternative routes below:
- From Ambergate go into Belper at Morrisons roundabout and turn Left towards Heage B6013. Follow the road townwards Heage onto Chesterfield Road (sp Heage). Then bear left onto Crich Lane (sp 7.50 weight limit). Follow the road for approximately 1.5 miles - site on the left.
- From Derby Turn right at Morrisons roundabout towards Heage B6013. Follow the road townwards Heage onto Chesterfield Road (sp Heage). Then bear left onto Crich Lane (sp 7.50 weight limit). Follow the road for approximately 1.5 miles - site on the left.
The Sandringham Estate Club Campsite
Notice to dog owners: Incidents of dogs falling ill following a visit to the woodland on the Sandringham Estate can be reported between the months of August and November. This is not specific to the Club site but dog owners should be aware and take precautions when visiting the woodland area around the site. Essential maintenance in the facility blocks will take place on 27 and 28 May. The facilities on Lower Level will be closed 27 May between 9am - 5pm. The annual Boomtown Music Festival will be held in the Matterley Estate on 6-10 August. This festival features an eclectic array of music genres and is for adults over the age of 18. This festival attracts a large audience so please be aware of higher traffic volumes than normal in this area. You may also hear the festival at times from site. Yellowcraig Club Campsite

York Rowntree Park Club Campsite
Please note: this Club campsite is situated within York Flood Defense boundaries. If river levels rise, the Environmental Agency close the flood barriers to protect local housing. When the Environmental Agency take the decision to activate the defense it is often at short notice and York Rowntree site has to be evacuated. The access road to the site is inaccessible and the site is also likely to be affected by flooding during these events. Before you travel to site, please call the sites Flood Advice line on 01904 593791 for the latest information.
