Only fee-paying participants will be permitted access to the classrooms or training areas. Please do not bring pets to our training courses.

Requirements

For the Practical & Manoeuvring Caravan Courses you will need to bring a towing vehicle which has 70-80mm between bumper and the centre of the towball to allow clearance of the caravan hitch. It should be insured for your use, please check the Third Party Liability Insurance Cover includes towing a caravan. Caravans are provided. Please note to get the full benefit of the Practical Caravanning Course you must attend both day and a half.

The one-day Caravan Manoeuvring course is not suitable for beginners.

For the Motorhome Manoeuvring Courses you will be using your own motorhome which needs to be insured for your use.

Non-attendance - cancellation

If you’ve let us know you’re unable to attend 4 weeks or more before the course, the full fee will be refunded, less the course admin charge of £25.
If you’ve let us know less than 4 weeks before the course, a 50% refund.
If you haven’t let us know more than 1 week prior to the start of the course, we are unable to give you a refund. If you’d like to cancel your course place, please contact the Events department at Club offices. If cancelling on the day of a course, please also get in touch with the Training Centre.

Transfer of booking

If you transfer your booking to another date or venue after enrolling, an admin charge of £25 will be made per person. If the transfer is made within 1 week prior to the start of the original booking, there will be a further charge of 50% of the course fee. Bookings cannot be transferred to the following year.

Cancellation of course by CAMC

If, for any reason, a course is cancelled, those accepted on the course will be offered an alternative where possible, or refunded the full fee.
