Tradesman live here and go off to work early

Surprised to see roofing contractors vans here. Annoyed that he woke me at 6.30am banging van doors. Then off he went at 06.47 despite warden telling us barrier doesn't open till 7am.

We were told the same about the barrier not working between 11pm - 7am, so if we do need to exit the site prior to 7am we always park our car in the car park the other side of the barrier, so not sure why the site management don't ask that these contractors do the same?  We are heading there for 3 nights later this week, so be interested to see what happens.
