We were there for 5 nts during the D Day commemorations in June 2016. Great location for exploring the D Day venues and approach to Site very grand. Poor attention to detail lets the Site down - Grass cutting with no collection resulted in grass everywhere; early banging noises as doors slammed shut/opened by the janitor with no care for residents. The worst part was the single toilet and two antiquated showers that were the worst we have experienced - poorly maintained and luke warm water at best. When I raised this with the reception they said that 'they were clean!' This is the sort of thing that the CC should help support their members by taking such enquiries up with the Site - we should deserve better for our custom.
