Did you ask the warden why you couldn’t fly the drone? It might be a racecourse stipulation.
Did you raise the issue of dirty shower floors with the warden?
If the answer to the above questions is 'no', then why not? If the answer is 'yes' and you are still not happy, have you contacted the club about the issues?
I think you will find all toilets and showers can be opened from the outside when locked. It’s a safety measure.

When I went on my commercial drone pilots course a couple of years ago I seem to recall from the section on Air Law that you must have the land owner or their agents permission to take off and land. If the agent, in this case the warden, does not give you permission to take off or land from the site then tough.
There is also the small formality of legal compliance with the bit of not flying the drone within 50 metres of people or structures over which you have no control (30 metres when taking off or landing).

Don't agree with ' Pau 15' and his review on this superb site, my wife and self have stopped on this caravan site many times including three times during 2018, never ever have we found a problem with the toilets here, in fact if you turn up before 12 midday you'll find them both cleaning the Ladies & gents toilets and have to wait until finished every day. As for flying his toy, I wouldn't wish this thing to be flying around the site with thousands on pounds worth of cars & caravans never mind the safety of caravaners, also horses are sometimes out cantering, hope your toy has insurance to cover the damage caused for any accident. Our congratulations go out to the Wardens on Uttoxeter racecourse, well done.
