As other reviewers have said, the site is immaculate, pitches are a good size, location is good and Ludham is lovely. However, I have marked down the peace and quiet rating because some dog owners are simply not in control of their dogs, regardless of whether they are on the leash. Three pitches near us had dogs who barked every single time another dog went past and one it seems, when anything, car, bike or pedestrian went by. How can it be acceptable to make your neighbours endure this? I do not know if the wardens expected to police this? I think it should be clearly stated that owners must ensure their dogs are properly trained before bringing them on site or in the event of this level of nuisance, should be asked to leave. We used our own facilities on board so cannot comment on showers etc. We would definitely go back but hopefully at a 'quieter' time!
