Lovely weekend

We spent early may bank holiday here in the glorious sunshine. It's a lovely, well maintained site with clean facilities. The site is very peaceful and the pitches are spacious. It's in a beautiful part of the country and we will definitely return. My children loved bewilderwood which is just a 5 minute drive away from the site. All in all a fantastic weekend away.

Fantastic site.

We stayed at this site for two nights last week and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and the site and facilities were spotless. There are some lovely walks and also a café and pub close by that do excellent food. We will certainly be returning to this site.

Lovely well run site.

We stayed at this site in the last week of April, although the weather could have been better we did enjoy ourselves. The staff were very friendly and hard working, the site is a credit to them. Our dogs enjoyed their walks and lunch at the local pub.

Amazing site

We stayed at the site for two nights this being our first stay on a club site. With exception of the appalling weather for a whole day the experience was perfect. The site is extremely well maintained and the wardens are friendly and helpful. They clearly work very hard to keep the facilities well maintained. We had a lovely walk along the river and stopped for an ice cream at the little shop by the bridge which is well stocked. TV reception was good and we didn’t need the boosters which were available. Also appreciated the WiFi which I purchased for our stay. We will certainly return to the site and can highly recommend it.

Great facilities and location

Stayed here mid-week prior to the Easter weekend. Site is in a great spot to explore the Broads, whether by boat or bike. Facilities are excellent - modern and very clean. Nice little pub next door for good value meals and a brilliant fish & chip van called to top it off. As always, the wardens are very helpful and make you very welcome. Highly recommend this site.

Perfect!!

This site is an absolute gem! The site is a nice size, pitches are big and flat. Facilities were spotless and showers HOT! Staff were really friendly and the little shop well stocked. The location is absolutely perfect. We have dogs and were able to go on really long lovely off lead walks from right outside the site. Winterton on Sea is only a 20min drive away. Ideal location. There's a nice pub with good food a couple mins walk away. Honestly wouldn't change a thing. Have already booked a return trip!

The perfect site....

For peace and quiet and being near the river and plenty of nice walks. Everything is close to hand at this site. Theres a pub just along the road, a couple of minutes the other way is a small shop where you can buy basic provisions and news papers etc. (Be warned though, it is rather expensive!!) There is also a small restaurant/ cafe and the river. The weather whilst we were there over Easter was atrocious but that did not deter the staff who were happy and smiling all day and every day. Toilets and showers were absolutely spotless and lovely and warm as you would expect from a club site. Fish and chip van calls on Tuesdays and Fridays, and l have to say that they are rather tasty . All in all a super site with lots to see and do nearby.

Fantastic

We have been staying at this site for number of years now, the current wardens have made vast improvements to the.site. The facilities are kept spotless, even at the end of season the grass is cut, leaves are swept and nothing is to much trouble. This site needed new wardens to return it to it very best. Looking forward to featuring Easter 2018. Well done to those involved

A credit to all the staff

Stayed at the site last weekend and impressed with it from the time of booking to the day of departure. The booking was handled pleasantly and efficiently with follow up e-mail confirmation within minutes (always reassuring). On arrival the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The site was immaculately clean, the facilities excellent (especially the showers with roomy cubicles) and the location great for exploring the broadland area. The Dog Inn is just a five minute walk but don't forget your torch if you are visiting later in the year - great grub and value for money. We will definately stay at this site again - thank you.
