This is our fourth stay, the first during the winter and standards are as high as ever......except for the access road where potholes and traffic can be a pain and have been for the last 3+ years at least. Please CC can you not knock a few heads together and sort this road out for once and all. I am told it is in shared ownership and thus has its difficulties in sorting this out. If the road is allowed to deteriorate further then CC members will not be coming or revisiting in their droves, being put off not only by the adverse comments in this section of the website but also due to damaged cars and caravans. I have suffered, on a previous visit from a burst tyre caused by a bulldozer of a motorhome forcing me into deep, sharp edged potholes which litter the side of the road. I noted on this visit that potholes are getting seriously deep at the entrance to the access road adjacent to the private houses.
Access to Cirencester is an easy downhill 20 minute walk and can be through the park or by the dual carriageway. There are plenteous shops, tea rooms, cafes, pubs etc etc to keep one occupied all day along with the Roman Museum that is certainly worth a visit. Access to other Cotswold towns is easy by car so plant to do.
The wardens were excellent, keeping the site and facilities in perfect order. Never disappointed and will return....if only to listen to the woodpecker doing his daily morse code practice!
Great weekend.
This is our forth stay at this site. We use this site as it is a great place for a weekend getaway. The wardens are always friendly and helpful, and more than happy to help if you have any problems.
The toilet / shower block is as spotless as ever, along with the rest of the site.
Be careful if arriving around 4 o’clock as the builders at the college do take flight at some speed. This is no fault of the site team.

Great location
Clean and friendly site with usual impressive warm CC wash blocks Excellent location adjacent to Cirencester Park . The town is approx 20 mins stroll away and can be reached with minimal contact near motor vehicles The town has a great range of independent shops found in courtyards . The architecture is pure Cotswolds and many informative blue plaques in evidence .Second visit and still have not explored all the park and town
First trip of 2015
A great Site, in a great location. Spotlessly clean facilities. Only let down is the pot holes on the access road but even this is no reason to stay away. Looking forward to staying again.

First outing of 2015
We arrived on the first day of opening to be given a warm welcome by the wardens. The site was clean and tidy but, as previously stated the roadway in could do with having the potholes filled in! Our stay was most enjoyable and we will be back.

First break of 2015
Just spent a lovely weekend here, weather was warm and sunny. Well done to the wardens as the ladies Shower block was so spotless, showers hot and plenty. We wondered if the entrance road had been repaired but no the potholes were still there but worse. Leaving this morning Met a van with caravan who obviously thought it was his right of way, but no we had to give way in the potholes. How rude and not even a thank you. Anyway the walk into cirencester through the park is beautiful and to lie in bed listening to the woodpecker is amazing. Love this place on earth. Be back soon x
Great site within walking distance of Cirencester
Just got back from Cirencester Park site and have to say a big thank you to the wardens for being helpful and welcoming on our late arrival to the site after picking up our new motorhome. Site facilities excellent and sanitary facilities were immaculate - well done.
Midweek discount no longer available. Bad decision CC
This is one of our favourite sites and it appears the club in it's wisdom have removed the midweek discount that was available in the low season. Tragic and bad decision. Please bring it back for those of us who support these sites in the low season
