Average site, poor customer service
Upon arrival the female assistant at reception welcomed us thus: said our surname to confirm it was us. Then, without any ceremony or warmth, and in one breath, told us the amount owing "eighty six pounds ten". We were dumbfounded in respect of her clear lack of customer service skills. I spent the remainder of the break fuming. The lady that was in Reception when we handed in the fob as we departed was the total opposite: warm, courteous and friendly. The arrival assistant spoiled the whole experience, resulted in in-caravan rows, and almost made me cancel Membership. I know this has (so far) been an exception to the rule but perhaps CMC could look at Customer Care training or at least send round a Memo. The site itself was clean but lacking in ambience (or is this opinion coloured by my experience?).
