Great location in the New Forest , plenty of cycle rides and walks from the site. However the site is not attractive, looks like a carpark , with hard standing pitches and no privacy between them. It's the forest so the club should do more to make it at one with the environment. Hedging or trees around the site would be ideal as others have stated. The energy saving devices are good in principle but as other reviews have said , the flushing is intermittent, so not very user friendly. The toilet block is very clean and modern , one of the best we have seen on club sites. The cost of staying here is expensive , and had we not had a free voucher for one night we would not stay here . The nearby forestry site was £20 less and ok there are no toilet blocks but not sure this warrants a £20 difference.
