I am really confused about reviewing this site… it does without doubt have lovely flat hard standing pitches and the views are superb however and this is where my confusion occurs… because although we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay I wouldn’t return… now some people have reviewed that only one toilet/shower for 5 vans is not acceptable.. I think this is perfectly normal for a CL however what isn’t acceptable is staying on a site for 5 days and the toilet/shower room not being cleaned once! And no cleaning materials left to be able to clean ourselves… it is May but it isn’t warm and it’s cold and wet yet no heating in the shower room.. and tbh I’m not overly happy about having to wander through a pub beer garden to find the shower room.. there was no welcome on arrival and saw no one the whole time.. the pub opened for one day. (Food is excellent) it’s a strange place… not worth £30 a night
