We stayed here in May 2024 for 3 nights. What a stunning location ! The grass had recently been cut and inspite of rain.. the pitch was well drained. The sun soon shone and oh my days the views from the very peaceful site are incredible. Access to the Coastal Path is practically on your doorstep. (There is even a neolithic burial chamber in the next field.) With lovely walks in both directions. Abercastle became our evening stroll and a clifftop walk to Trefin to see the old Mill was stunning. No facilities other than ehu water and elsan. Bring your walking boots (and binoculars) and enjoy !
