Tranquil Site
I have just spent three nights at East Cawledge. It is a lovely CL, as others have said very easy access to the A1 but you wouldn't think it! There are horses grazing in the paddock by the CL and it's one of the smartest, well kept CL's I've stayed on. There are walks from the site but sadly the one I tried my first evening there was covered in dog mess, so I ended up walking my dogs away from the site. Otherwise I really can't fault the place, the owners are friendly and helpful... I will be back!
