First impressions count and they certainly do here. Very peaceful well laid out site with lovely owners. Corner Cottage has a lovely approach with easy access. The site is a very good size with more than ample parking between pitches. You are allocated your pitch prior to your arrival, this is not a problem as all pitches have very good views both of the site and across farmland. The site is laid to well kept level grass. Andy & Maggie have put in some flower borders to add a nice touch. Toilet emptying point is near the entrance to the site, this is for green toilet fluid which a lot of sites are transferring over too, not only because of individuals septic tanks but of course is better for the environment. A small information hut has been set up, this has ideas of local walks of which there are plenty, local pubs and places to visit. In case you had forgotten the odd thing, there are some basic essentials for purchase, cakes as well, don't forget the cakes. There is recycling on site where bins are emptied daily.
