How do I post links to other sites ? Such as the example below

<a href="http://www.rapidomotorhomes.com/">Rapido Link </a>  Which should show the Word "Rapido Link" highlighted and linked to the Rapido site.

Method is commonly used on other forums. Or how to post any link without cutting and pasting the address to the web address bar ?

How do I search for a topic on the forums, the "Search our Site" seems to be a bit of overkill and genearlly does not come up with a useful result.

How do I get over the problem of going to a thread that has had a recent reply, then opening the thread, THEN have to press the last page count to get to the most recent reply ?
