Soccer World Cup.

Didn't watch tonights' game, but was it a case of "After the Lord Mayors show?" or, as someone pointed out to me, a game which neither side wanted to win???

Don't  think  so,  JR  --  more  like  both  sides  using  the  match  to  give  players  who  have  not  yet  been  used  a  chance  to  display  their  talents  &  achieve    a  little  'match  fitness'.

I see Brian, thanks. Let's hope our 'match fitness' players don't get picked against Columbia on Tuesday eh?!!?? 

Like most Scots, I'm hoping that England plays really well and makes it all the way to the final.  Should be entertaining.

Like most Scots, you have plenty of time to enjoy all the other nations taking part!

Ha Ha, we are all part of the UK and although the small countries like Ulster; Wales and Scotland have little chance of qualifying,  we are still happy to support England all the way to the final.   What's wrong with that ?, it's called sportsmanship.

Good for you. I would love for more of the Home Nations to get through, Wales were fantastic to watch in the last Euros. Always enjoy watching Ireland battle hard as well.
