FIFA Officials have apparently accepted £16k watches during the World Cup in Brazil, including FA Chairman Greg Dyke and FIFA Vice President Jim Boyce.  Apparently Mr Dyke is to return his as he had no idea of the true value?  So he has seemly not declared to HMRC and avoided import duty?  Mr Boyce found his in his garage and says he had no idea it was there, so ditto the same as Mr Dyke but he also seemly takes luggage on aircraft without knowing what's in it!
