What should the UK and Europe be doing?

Very touchy post.

After watching the news and seeing online everything this past week, it makes me sick to the pit of my stomach that the word we live in is so bad and the governments are not doing more, my issue is the UK already is in a poor state with asylum seekers and Refuges here. As is other European country’s, I have first hand seen what the influx can and has done in other European country’s when visiting family and working there.

The UK already has a lot of things that we need to fix to be a better country ,can we afford to allow them in, once you say yes you can never say no But can we really just stand by and say no to this people.

I’m not after an argument or to upset anyone, Im just wonder what is the answer?

Wikipedia says A refugee is a person who is outside their home country because they have suffered (or feared) persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, or political opinion; because they are a member of a persecuted social category of persons; or because they are fleeing a war.

Thats fine but the ones that are already in Europe, Germany, Italy, France, they are already in a safe place now, so why do they still want to be moved to the UK if I was me id be happy to be alive.

Sorry if this offends anyone, as I said just wanted some other actual opinion’s that aren’t not swayed by government and news sales….
