just on Clumber Park site for the weekend, can’t believe the lack of respect for people’s privacy. The worst site we have been on for people short cutting straight across pitches because they are too bone idle to walk the proper way round, passing right by the windows without a thought for respect or privacy. One guy even doing it 3 times on the trot, yes you fetching your gas bottle!!

I totally agree with you , we are careful where we park to avoid the ignorant individuals who think its ok to walk through your pitch because they are to lazy to use the correct way .When I pay my pitch fee as far as i am concerned that area is for my use only during my stay I have no interest in excuses or reasons why they think its ok to walk past my window.someone said use fishing line but that could cause injury even through its tempting.

Would they walk through your hotel room?

No, but they might use the bar if it was open to none residents 🙄

People go to a campsite expecting privacy? That's a very strange idea. There is no privacy.

No coloured pegs, no tape measures to measure gaps, no encyclopaedia of rules, no checks on the angle of parking, and obviously a lack of wardens and pitch etiquette! Appalling.

They were all chilled out, had a really good time, drank beer, socialised and nobody died. Perhaps this is the way it should be!
