It would be great to have feedback on the caravan sites and how the safety measures are working. We will be watching for the next two weeks to see how safe the sites are before we decide to start touring again.  Maybe a lot of people will put reviews on individual caravan sites.

Moderator Edit:

This thread is specifically and solely for members currently visiting sites to offer useful feedback.

Please keep your posts on the topic of "caravan sites opening and safety measures on sites" only.

Thank you.

Indeed it is confusing, the list says earliest arrival times 12:00 unless otherwise stated. Berwick blank, although I know it's 1pm and site page confirms that. Clumber shown as changed to 1 pm and site page confirms.

I have just received an email re a future booking at Berwick and that makes no mention of earliest arrival time at all.

It is difficult to know which bit of information to trust.

Put simply why does it give no detail about arrival time at Coniston as being 10am but for Edinburgh it does list as 10am.

Exactly!  I rest my case.   Confusion continues to reign.

How about this for a radical suggestion. Send the entire  membership an email (or even several ) announcing the change  and for those out on tour  without email put a note on the office door saying " pitch up and come back later."

You are also strongly encouraged to wear a face covering in other enclosed public spaces where social distancing may be difficult and where you come into contact with people you do not normally meet.

This must then apply in both the reception area and the toilets, surely?

So, come Friday, we will all have to ware face masks in reception areas and also in the toilet facilities? That's how I read the legislation, am I wrong?

Evening

If you look at the corona virus faq's on this website it does state that as of 24/7 people will be required to wear a face covering in reception and communal areas.
