    • Caravan insurance in Spain

    Hi

    Has anyone tried to insure a UK Caravan stored on a commercial site in Spain all year.

    Spainish insurance companies will not insure unless caravan on Spsinish plates  towed by a Spainish car

      Hi, Brian, I store my tourer on a site in France, and insure with TOWERGATE, you might get in touch with them - they are very helpful!

      We stored our Burstner in Spain and insured with Towergate.  They wanted assurance that the site had someone present 24/7 and was secure and also we had to give them the precise address and details,  but other than that it was fine, no problems.

      Like the others, we insure our caravan (stored in France) with Towergate.  It was all very straightforward.
