Excellent Towing Electrics Service

I am sure I have recommend Portland Towing Services in Lincoln before but they get another 5* today!  

last week a noise started in the car - like a warning bleep but I couldn't identify it.  Took it to the dealership who fixed the towbar and electrics in September - lots of wringing of hands before it was identified in the place the electrics module for the caravan is hidden.  Booked it in a day later because an intermittent bleep had turned into a constant nasty noise.  It apparently need an hour plus to get to the module.  So they disconnected it to prevent the battery being drained - and said I would have to book it in for two days!!!!!!!!!!   I asked who had fitted it in the first place and they couldn't tell me.  I suggested I took it to Portland Towing Services and get them to look - because I have a caravan break coming up and they couldn't fit it in before.  Service manager was supposed to call me yesterday and hadn't.  So off I went to Portland and in half an our the offending module was removed and replaced!  QED!  

Now all I have to do is get a refund!  But this is about good service - not the bad service side of the story!
