Dukdalf Chairs

I need a spare part for one of these chairs but am having difficulty sourcing it.      Dukdalf website is very unhelpful, it says to go to dealer (I bought mine in France) but they don't list any dealers in UK.     They also do not provide any means of contacting
them.   Anyone know a dealer or how to contact Dukdalf
