Morning

Taken our van out for the first time this year and our Kitchen mixer tap has gone floppy! The lever mechanism seems to be gone and no water etc. Water is flowing fine through in bathroom sink and shower. Van is a 2015 Swift and looks to be  a Reich Vector S Tap.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Well done.  But worth mentioning that should you have had to change the tap, access is normally via the top fridge vent, much easier than taking out the sink (learned this the hard way!).

Just got back from a weekend away to find my kitchen tap is not working. It has gone floppy on the lever. I have took the lever off but the chrome collar Will not come off to access the cartridge. I don't want to force it in case of damage. Is there any tips.. I have took out the small torx screw at the rear of the collar but that's it, it won't budge.

I think the top bit unscrews to get to cartridge once the lever has been removed.

thanks for the reply Lornalou1, but it just wont budge. Its the tall tap type on a 2015 Lunar Clubman. If you have the same, did you lever it off?

OK I intended to share but Ive been busy taking my tap to bits!

Thanks to Tim Probyn from Reich UK for info he also mentions

"With regards to spares please contact www.leisureshopdirect.com" for spare cartridges.

Sorry the instructions are German but pictures are easy to follow. but you do need a very small torx set (for mobiles etc) and allen keys

Thank you for this - I have just had the same issue and could not access the cartridge. You post was brilliant. Just need a torx set ordered from Ebay

Thanks again
