we have just come back from a short break and the people on the pitch had just picked up there new twin wheel bailey caravan over that night one of tyres went flat he removed the wheel took it over the road to tyre shop were he was told it had already had a punture repair  and the seal on the rim had not been sealed

sometimes tyres just seal properly first time. I had tyres fitted to my car a month or 2 back, the following morning one of them was flat, as they tyres were fitted on my drive the car hadn't moved since the tyre was fitted ..... life's like that sometimes.

As for the repair, I'd not expect a tyre to be replaced if for some reason it'd simply been punctured .... new caravan or not.

I agree with you 100% CM, if I paid out all that money I’d not accept that id been palmed off with a repaired Tyre, repaired badly at that. It is an insult to the owner😕
