Cae Hir Gardens
Originally three fields of rough farmland, now one of Britain's most highly acclaimed private gardens.
View and BookLlwyncelyn Bach is a new small family run cl on a developing small holding in the village of Llanwenog close to beautiful medieval fourteenth century Grade I listed St Gwenog's church. Neglected for over 25 years, the smallholding now has a fledgling orchard, a rewilding project in one of the fields, poultry and hopefully pygmy goats soon. It is located 6 miles from the university town of Lampeter and 20 minutes from the historic market town of Newcastle Emlyn in the beautiful Teifi Valley. There is an array of eateries, craft and gift shops.
The site is quiet with beautiful far reaching views. The local village is Llanybydder where there are highly entertaining weekly sheep auctions. It s located approximately 16 miles from the coast and the harbour towns around Cardigan Bay.
The site itself offers a chimenea with kindling and logs available, battery charging, fresh eggs and produce when in season. TV reception is good. The site is gently sloping but levelling blocks can be provided if required. As it is on a septic tank system eco fluids must be used but are available on site.
